【Cancellation Policy】

●Cancellations for both course and a la carte reservations for 1 to 5 people must be made up until the day before the reservation date.For parties of 6-10 people, cancellations must be made up to 3 days before the reservation date.Cancellations for groups of 11 or more must be made one week prior to the reservation date, and cancellations made after this date will incur a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen x number of people.

●If you cancel your course reservation on the day, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

If you are 15 minutes late from the reservation time without permission, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

*Please contact us by the day before if you wish to change the number of people.Please note that even if the number of guests decreases on the day due to unavoidable circumstances, we will still charge for the food.

If we determine that your behavior is malicious, we will charge a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen per person x the number of people.
