【Cancellation Policy】

● For both course and à la carte reservations, cancellations for 1 to 5 people must be made by the day before the reservation date.Cancellations for groups of 6 to 10 people must be made at least 3 days prior to the reservation date.Cancellations for groups of 11 or more must be made at least one week before the reservation date. Cancellations made after this date will incur a cancellation fee of 1000 yen per person.

● Cancellations made on the day of a course reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
